Anakin still never tells anyone about his nightmares other than when Palpatine brings it up as a gotcha. We get to keep the scene between Anakin and Yoda, which is nice.
This ordering retains most of what LOE does with this section of the movie, except the nightmare now functions as a catalyst and is followed up by Palpatine in the opera scene framing for the audience all the political scenes that follow.
